Non-Member Artist | I really like the swirly lines on the tree's bark. They give me a sense of an old, slow-growing tree, perhaps surviving and even thriving despite a harsh environment. |
Amelia Margetts | Featured in LJ Community's Artwork Spotlight 6-28-2011! |
PeggyB | The minimalism of the line work here really draws the eye. Great job! |
Elizabeth Barrette | Beautiful! I love the delicate ink work here, all that woodgrain texture. The tree looks a bit like a pregnant woman, with the big bump sticking out. |
Jenny Heidewald | I really like all the line work you did on this one, all the different textures you were able to convey. :) |
Deirdre / Wyld_Dandelyon | The tree looks like it's dancing! |
Lorna (Comtessa) | Beautiful! Also would make a great picture to colour in!! |
Non-Member Artist | I really like your art style - it has really clear, simple outlines and really nice detail work, and it looks good! I especially like the tree and the twists to it. I haven't read the story for this, but I'm very glad there is one, because this is a picture that looks like it HAS a story. :D |
