I love Emeroma. She is a tough cookie to crack and I (well Draiden really) love a challenge! And Kativa is simply adorable. I love a mischievous character. I do hope to see more anti-heroes or downright villains, especially in the North. Every group has at least a few bad apples. |

I have a serious soft spot for Emeroma - she's so delightfully fun to write! Oranaan and Draiden are both excellent foils for her. Kativa irritates me, as much as I like her. I have to channel my inner angsty teenager to write her, and that's always a little stressful!  Birka has grown on me... her role was originally supposed to be really minor, and she really bucked that! Jerumal is frustrating me - I keep trying to give him redeemable characteristics and none of them really stick. I'll keep poking! Kether, on the other hand, is a sweetheart. I want to give him a big hug and a plate of cookies. We've got several anti-heroes in the pipes for the North! We definitely need them! |
