Comparisons with Earth's sun: Although Torn World's sun appears larger in their sky than the Earth's sun does in ours, it actually has slightly less mass. Its luminosity (brightness) is also a little less than the Earth's sun but it shares the same color.

The planet's mean density is also a little greater than Earth's, which probably points to a larger concentration of metals within it. However, Torn World's surface gravity is exactly the same as Earth's.

However, due to its angular diameter, this moon appears smaller in their sky than the Earth's moon does in ours. Therefore, their sun would show more corona around the edges of the main moon during solar eclipses.

Notes on the secondary moons: Torn World's secondary moons are Trojan moons, occupying the fourth and fifth Lagrange points relative to the orbit of the main moon (60 degrees ahead and 60 degrees behind the main moon, respectively). In their sky, these moons would appear as two bright stars, the larger one preceding the moon and the smaller one trailing behind it. The density of the secondary moons also suggest some mineral and ice content, which only adds to their brightness. They have the same orbital period and phase cycle as the main moon but do not have synchronized phases.
