This story or poem is for logged in supporters only! Here is a short excerpt to whet your appetite:

Oyothan looks at Toralei,
his black hair whipping in the wind,
his blue eyes flashing like flint.

Toralei looks at Oyothan,
her moon-round face smiling,
her sun-kissed skin shining.

Author's Notes

This poem came from the July 2011 Muse Fusion. It was inspired by a prompt from LJ user haunted_blood. It also ties into a rough draft of a story from this session, "Beached Fish," in which Oyothan also appears.
