Blink birds   poem
Creators: Elizabeth Barrette (Writer), Rhiannon Rose (Inspiration)
Blink birds are funny animals!
Posted: 02/19/10      [2 Comments] ~ 0 words.

Author's Notes

This poem came out of the February 9, 2010 Muse Fusion. It was inspired by a prompt from Chibicharibdys, who wanted to see a poem about blinkbirds. The poem has rhyme and meter, as is typical of Southern poems, but the broken lines reflect the bird's characteristic "blinking" behavior.
