Alligator   myth
Creators: Deirdre / Wyld_Dandelyon (Writer), mikka (Patron), mikka (Inspiration)
It is the custom in the Riilass Swamps to dance on the Summer Solstice. But for some reason, no one wants to dance with Alligator.

It was Summer Solstice in the Riilass Swamps, and the animals were dancing in celebration. Skycat was dancing with Squirrel on a branch and Duck with Heron in the water. Gull and Woodpecker and many other birds were dancing in the sky, and Mouse was dancing on Turtle

Author's Notes

One of the prompts in the first Torn World Muse Fusion was a request for another story of the animals of Riilass Swamp. I was happy to add to the folklore of this part of Torn World.
