Holly H.That was very sweet, actually. I like Yeff and Ressa together very much, and the only problem, of course, is knowing that a dark, criminal conspiracy lurks beneath the encounter. :( But, I appreciated all of the glimpses into daily routine -- how the Carnal Guild can help one of their own get ready for an encounter, to how those things proceed. I just wish I wasn’t so nervous for the two of them!
PeggyBWonderful! I really like your portrait of Ressa. And somehow... don´t know how to put it, but your style of writing is so soothing and harmonic. It was interesting to read about the privileges and high status prostitutes have in the Empire. Nice concept! Only one small thing: I did not understand why it was rated spicy...
